TICKETS
Each ticket is issued in the form of a wristband, which is collected at the Event entrance upon presentation of a valid purchase receipt. You must also present a valid ID (e.g. identity card, passport, driver’s license) for identity verification.
The Company assumes no liability for tickets that are lost, stolen, or misused by third parties. Only the first scan of the ticket at the Event entrance will be considered valid. Any subsequent attempts will be rejected, and access denied.
Tickets are personal and may not be resold or used as prizes or promotional items in contests without the Company’s prior written consent.
Ticket ownership does not entitle the holder to any additional free services unless explicitly stated. Consumption from on-site bars or vendors is optional and at your own expense.
Parts of the Event may be recorded or filmed. Audience members appearing in such materials will have no claim against the recording company or the Event organizers.
PAYMENT METHODS
You can obtain tickets in the following ways:
(a) Online purchase via Triparound, Inc., a U.S.-based electronic services provider (555 Bryant Street #558, Palo Alto, CA 94301, EIN 83-3596290).
All online purchases are made exclusively through Triparound, Inc., using the dedicated widget on our official website, which redirects to the Triparound platform to complete the transaction.
(b) At designated physical ticket outlets, as indicated on the official Event website.
Online purchases are governed by International and European e-commerce legislation, as well as Greek Consumer Protection Law (Law 2251/1994, as in force).
The Company is not involved in the transaction process or data management of online purchases made via Triparound. The entire transaction, including data processing and ticket delivery, occurs within the secure environment of Triparound.
You must have legal authorization to use the payment method provided (e.g. credit card or bank account).
The Company bears no responsibility for unlawful use of payment methods or the provision of incorrect information during the purchase process.
If, for any reason, you do not receive confirmation of your booking via Triparound, the Company shall not be held liable for any resulting financial or other damages.
CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS & TICKET POLICY
Once a transaction is completed, tickets cannot be canceled, refunded, or exchanged. Lost, stolen, or damaged tickets will not be reissued or reimbursed.
If the purchase amount is incorrect due to technical issues or human error, the Company reserves the right to cancel the ticket and partially or fully refund the amount.
The Company does not store credit card information or any personal data other than the email address used during ticket purchase. Emails may be used to send updates about upcoming events or promotional offers, and you may unsubscribe at any time via the provided opt-out link or by emailing support@serifosroots.gr.
If a confirmation message does not appear after completing your payment on Triparound, or if you receive an error or interruption during the process, it is your responsibility to contact Triparound’s support team at support@triparound.com.
TICKET COLLECTION
Online ticket purchases must be collected at designated physical collection points, unless otherwise specified for the Event.
WAIVER OF RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
According to Article 3(ib) of Law 2251/1994, ticket purchases for leisure services with a specific performance date (such as Events) are exempt from the right of withdrawal.
Therefore, you are not entitled to cancel or request a refund after completing your transaction due to a change of mind.
EVENT CANCELLATION POLICY
If an Event is canceled due to force majeure, artist no-shows, or other reasons beyond the Company’s control (excluding official government decisions), the Company will issue a notice outlining refund procedures, either partial or full.
In case of postponed performances, tickets remain valid for up to 180 days. If an artist performs within this period, tickets are honored on the new date. If the performance is not rescheduled within this period, the Company will issue a refund.
Only in cases where cancellation is the direct fault of the Company will the full ticket amount be refunded.
Festival tickets grant access only for the date printed on the ticket. Artist changes or cancellations within a festival day do not entitle you to a refund or price reduction, unless the Company is at fault.
Refunds, when applicable, are processed solely by the Company and not through Triparound. Refund requests must be submitted with the required information within the timeframe announced by the Company.
Refunds will be issued within 180 days from the cancellation date.
All personal data submitted for refunds is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and EU GDPR 679/2016.
